Our Inspiration and Chef Jarad Gallagher
Owner and Michelin-starred Chef Jarad Gallagher’s passion for BBQ stems from years of experience and a deep respect for tradition. After working in fine dining, Jarad wanted to reconnect with the roots of cooking and deliver BBQ that tells a story. He opened Smoke Point to focus on what truly matters: cooking great food, having fun, and creating memories. Our BBQ techniques are born from these principles, with a strong commitment to quality.
